Virtual Channels V1 not shown in V2

Virtual Channel objects created in V1 of the product are not compatible with V2. You can access these objects following the steps below.

Virtual Channels V1 have been depreciated as of March 2022. These objects still exist in the database and users can still create and edit them using the depreciated interface.

V1 objects are not covered by support programs. Use at your own risk.

Accessing Classic Virtual Channels

To access your previous virtual channels you will need to enter the classic virtual channel environment. Users will find no changes from the original version and all relevant support articles will still apply.

To access this environment navigate to Virtual Channels V2

You will be presented with the latest Virtual Channels module. this has many advantages over the classic version.

To access the Classic version of virtual channels click on button.

The system will return you to the classic Virtual Channels module that you can now use.

You can identify classic Virtual Channels by the lack of V2 in the page title. See image below.
