The Product Demonstration Agreement, in effect as of the date set forth below, between Metamorph Business Pty. Ltd. T/A Minnovation Technologies (“Minnovation”) and Customer (identified below) sets forth the terms and conditions for the loan of the products listed below (“Product”) by Minnovation to Customer for the sole purpose of demonstration and evaluation of the Product.

1.) The Product remains the property of Minnovation and will be removed by the Demo End Date indicated above or upon request.

2.) Minnovation will loan the Product to the Customer. The Product will be installed and removed, at Customers expense, on Customers equipment, by Minnovation or authorised nominee. The cost of installation may be refundable upon project resulting from this demonstration at sole discretion of Minnovation.

3.) The Demonstration period shall begin when the Product is fitted to customer equipment. The Product shall be removed by Minnovation on or before the Demo End Date listed above. If Customer can not provide access for Minnovation to remove Product by the Demonstration End Date, Minnovation will invoice and Customer agrees to pay the retail replacement value listed above including outstanding installation charges.

4.) Product returned to Minnovation must be in the same working and physical condition as it was at the time the Product was delivered to the Customer. To avoid possible charges, the customer is expected to adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Customer should retain the original boxes and packaging if supplied.
  • Some usage wear and tear is acceptable, however, scratches, chips or other damage resulting from negligence in not caring for the Product is unacceptable and will result in charges.
  • All returns must be complete with all manuals, cables, hardware bags, etc., just as they were received.
  • If the Product is damaged due to inadequate care, the Customer will be liable to Minnovation for the amount necessary to restore the Product to such condition, or if not restorable, the Product Replacement Value as shown above.

5.) The Customer assumes all risks of loss or damage to the Product.

Default purchase order value to be $1,200 ex. GST per person per day inclusive of travel to Eastern States of Australia. Amount to be agreed prior to completing this form.

Travel outside of 75Km from nearest State Capital will be charged at receipt value plus 10%.
