Metamorph Business Pty. Ltd. trading as Minnovation Technologies, ABN 71 163 722 512, operates minnovation.com.au. In this policy, “Minnovation”, “we” and “our” refer to that business.
This policy covers visits to this website and enquiries about our industrial vision and monitoring services. Customer installations have their own agreed data-handling arrangements. Our security portal provides information about the customer services it covers. The AlphaX website has a separate website privacy policy.
Enquiries
When you contact us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, organisation, work email, telephone number and message. We also receive the page associated with a website enquiry. Please only include information relevant to your request.
We use these details to respond, discuss your requirements, arrange demonstrations or assessments and manage related correspondence. Sending an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter. Website forms send your details to HubSpot, our customer relationship management provider. Email links open your email application; a message is sent when you choose to send it. If you do not provide the contact details needed for a response, we may be unable to follow up.
Website technologies and your choices
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and interactions, including enquiry-related events. It uses cookies and processes information such as pages visited, browser and device details, approximate location and online identifiers.
Our website also includes the LinkedIn Insight Tag. The tag sends LinkedIn information about visits, including the page address, referring page, browser/device characteristics, IP address and time. Some pages use HubSpot embedded forms and tracking. Cloudflare helps deliver and protect the website and can process connection and security information.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Google provides an Analytics opt-out tool, and LinkedIn members can manage their advertising data settings. These controls have different scopes and do not stop every type of technical processing needed to deliver a website.
Service providers and overseas processing
We use website hosting, email, CRM, security and measurement providers to operate this website and handle enquiries. Relevant information is made available to the providers supporting those functions and to the people handling your enquiry. We may also disclose information where required or authorised by law.
These providers operate internationally. Information may be processed outside Australia, including in the United States. Provider locations, services and safeguards are described in HubSpot’s processing terms and locations, Google’s privacy information, Cloudflare’s privacy information and LinkedIn’s privacy information. Website and enquiry information is not covered by a blanket Australian-only hosting commitment.
Keeping information
We hold enquiry records electronically in our CRM and business email systems. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information and limit access to those who need it for the purposes described here.
We retain personal information for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, manage any resulting relationship and meet applicable legal obligations. When it is no longer needed for a permitted purpose, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it. Website measurement information is also subject to the relevant provider’s processing arrangements and our configured retention settings.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to access or correct your personal information, or make a privacy complaint, using the contact details below. Describe the information or issue involved. We may need to verify your identity before providing personal information.
